The Well Gadsden is a church family committed to growing together to be more like Jesus, being led by and obeying Holy Spirit, being anchored in the authority and truth of his Word, and coming together in Christ-centered worship. Whether you’re visiting in person or joining us online, we welcome you to the family!
VISION
The Well Gadsden aspires to be Spirit led, Word rooted, worship grounded, and family grown.
We choose to surrender our lives and agendas to the One who is worthy— King Jesus. Holy Spirit leads us and guides us in all we do day-to-day.
We remain rooted in the Word of God as our guide and authority.
Worship is our heartbeat— our response of awe and reverence to who He is. It transforms our perspective, aligning our hearts and minds with God’s truth and helping us see life through His eyes.
As we live this way, we are growing into a healthy family, and as such, are forming healthy individual families.
We believe that family is God’s design for discipleship, and that through mature mothers and fathers, sons and daughters are raised up to reflect the heart of the Kingdom.

As Jesus is lifted high, He draws all people to Himself.
By glorifying Jesus in all we do—through worship, community, and life together—we become a well of life for our city, inviting others into His presence.
Encounter with the Living God is what truly changes lives. Our goal is to provide a safe space for that to occur, while also encouraging daily, intimate devotion with Christ.
OUR CULTURE
At The Well Gadsden, we are relational, authentic, and full of life. We love to laugh, hang out, and share life together—whether it’s grabbing a meal after Sunday service or simply walking alongside each other through life.
We walk in a culture of honor, valuing and respecting one another as a family in Christ. We make space for the unique giftings and callings God has placed upon everyone. We believe honor looks more at who a person is and less at who they aren’t.
We are passionate worshippers, expressing our awe and love for Jesus without concern for appearances. No matter who you are or what you’ve been through, you are welcome here. We are all people whose lives have been transformed by the presence of God.
We are just authentic people who love Jesus, pursuing Him together with joy, freedom, and integrity, grounded in the truth of God’s Word.
